Date gets Changed after performing Export to Excel

Hi,

We are using Pega 7.2.2 and we have a datetime type property which gets changed after performing export to excel (Calling pzRDExportWrapper activity). For e.g the date was put in MM/DD/YYYY format as 12/3/2019 however in excel it appeared as 3-19-2012. Please find attached the word document for more details

Hi Anand,

Are you facing the same issue when you are trying to export the RD data to pdf?

Is this issue specific to an operator or consistent for all users? If specific to any operator then what is the locale and timezone setting for this operator?

Is it a Date property or DateTime property?

Could you please attach the presentation tab of the cell property?

Thanks Vikash for quick reply. I am not getting this issue when I am creating Report definition and exporting to excel.

This issue is consistent for all users. Default locale is set as English/United States, however I have tried changing the locale but it only changes the format. In my issue I think the date itself is getting changed as you can see the year is coming as 2012.

It's a datetime property, however in presentation i am changing it to date. Please refer to the attachment for more details.

Please note this is working fine on Pega 8.3.1

Hi Anand,

This is a bug in pega.It has been resolved by hfix-37092.Please raise a SR to get this hfix.
