Date in format yyyy-mm-dd(+/-)hh:mm parse xml issue

Hello everyone.

Pega 7.4.0

The system receives xml message. XML message has field date type. The value of this field - 2021-02-24+04:00. After parsing xml property date have value 2021-02-23. Why?
