Pega Default date "99" issue / Parse Date Format

How to convert DateTime format

please find the below example

EX:

Date1=20160423T040000.000 GMT

Date2= 23/04/2016

Please assist to format the date from Date1 to Date2.

UI perspective it is fine. I'm wondering how could you manage in property.

when I'm appending(correct date format DD/MM/YY) property into page list. We facing below Date format issue.

pyWorkpage.Product.Subcomp(Param.Indexpcpin).CompoValue.START_DATE.

output: eg: 19700101T000000.000GMT

ah yes, this is because the format hasn't been recognized. So the system is setting to the default Java date instead I think.

How do you actually select the date?
