Dataflow Filter condition not working with dynamic value

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with Dataflow filter component. Requirement is to filter the data from data set records with some dynamic value.

But it is not working with dynamica value,like below:

But when we give static value, like below it is working.

Please help me to understand the dataflow filter component functionality.
