Data Structure in the case!

Hi,

I am creating a data structure for a case type like in the System Architect Essential 7.2 example (screenshot is attached). After creating the data model, am trying to add this to a step through 'Configure View'.

I am getting errors (" Field type is not supported")when trying to add Value Group or Value List. Is there a reason? (Screenshot is attached for reference)

Appreciate your help on this.

Hi,

From 7.1.9 on wards, we cannot display value list or value group in UI through configure form or else section. If you want to display, you need to copy value list values to page list and populate it through activity.
