How to call Map Structured (Rule-Map-Structured) rule in Data Transform? Is there any OOTB function?

We were calling Map structured rule in activity using Map-Structured method to generate a structured string with specified fields, offsets and spacers. Is there a way to call the Map Structured rule in Data transform something like ObtainValue for Map Value?
