Data sets and Data Flow

How can we configure Data Flow to send attachments while creating case ?

Currently i am using kafka Data Sets.

@angady74 I think you don't need a data flow here, you just need to use Dataset-Execute to execute your dataset in the activity. May I know what is requirement with data flow? 

Also are you transferring attachments to external system?
