You can try performing:

• Add an on change - refresh action set to the field that displays employee id.
• In the refresh action configure an activity with either Property-Set-message/Page-Set-Message method with a message "emp id not found", also adding a when rule for checking the employee id to be null

Adding to my colleague MounikaThatikonda, you could verify it by having a "When" rule configured at "Page-Set-Messages".

When rule configuration:-

@IsInPageList(Primary.EmpID,"EmpID",D_EmpList.pxResults)

You should have a data page/Clipboard page with the updated list of employee id readily available. As you're trying to verify it, so I pre-assume that you have this data so not providing configuration for the same.
