Data Encryption mechanism with PRPC

Can you please let me know how we can make cipher mechanism implemented for below environment.

Application server: Tomcat

OS: windows, PRPC Version:7.2.1

Earlier i implemented this same for Linux, Tomcat, Pega 7.1.7 environment & used pr4j2ee.ear file to generate all the functionality. Will this same file work for Windows OS too, i didnt see this file in Pega 7.2.1 Product file. Is this file name changed.

If the detailed steps can be shared for this implementation for windows environment, that would be great.
