Hi,
How to delete an entry from syslock?
I have already tried OOTB activities like ReleaseLock and workUnlock but it is not working.
Could you please help me with this?

You can use RDB-Delete method pzDeleteExpiredLocks where you set a time in .pxExpireDateTime. So any locks <.pxExpireDateTime will be deleted.
Pega also triggers pzDeleteExpiredLocks activity which is a Final rule, that deletes locks which are three or more days ago. You can look at this activity and modify your own logic too.
