In Dashboard/RD only applied filters results to be exported to excel or pdf, how?
I am fetching some details from Report definition and I have 100 cases data info, after filters are applied I have only 10 cases and I want to export these 10 cases to excel or PDF and I don't want all 100 cases.
Basically only filtered results to get exported to excel or PDF. How?

If the filters are applied on the UI then export to excel or PDF is done, you will be seeing only filtered results in the pdf or excel

Can you detail the configuration you have done? What activity are you using for Export?
Ideally the filters on the Grid are ignored while doing Export. The filters are only for UI.
I guess there is already a enhancement request FDBK-30554 for this.

Hi,
Display Report Filters checkbox is checked in Report Viewer. Export to PDF or Export to Excel is the OOTB feature available in the actions menu of a report. If the filters are applied to the columns then they will be ignored while exporting. If the filters are applied on the UI as shown in the above screenshot, they will not be ignored.

Hi yerrh,
In your screenshot, you have applied filters using "Filtered by" in that scenario only applied results would come in pdf or excel. no issues on this. For this we need to enable "Enable Filter Changes". If we notice in pdf or excel we could see applied filters info at beginning. We don't want that filters input, only results should come in pdf. I have followed below pdn link how ever I am still getting input filters given in pdf.
If we apply filters at column level (Column filters are available) we could see results gets filtered but when we export to pdf or excel all records would come.
