In RD, User does not want the custom filter section to be displayed in the exported PDF
In RD, selected filters are also displaying in generated PDF. I don't want applied filters to be displayed in PDF or Excel.
I found the below link and I followed same even after I am still getting filters displayed in the generated pdf.

As from the article given below we can see , there is Hfix available for the same issue in different version of pega .

I am using 8.x version. Still I am facing the same issue as explained above.
I have gone through the url which you mentioned HFixes are given for the following versions
HFix-33726 - 7.1.8
HFix-32836, HFix-32834, HFix-31123 for PDF and Excel - 7.2

The article you cited originally does not fix the issue. It causes the behavior of the report to change (no inline custom filter section, prompt for filter values instead) which is not what you want.
I have checked a local 8.3.1 system, and the change from HFix-33726 does not appear to have made it into the 8.x code versions.
I know of no local change that will fix this for you and since we are not issuing hotfixes for the 8.x versions, you will need to submit an SR to see if this can be provided in a patch version of the platform that you can install.
