Multiselect control in custom filter section
Hi All,
We have a requirement to allow the users to select multiple options in the report filter section. We are using a multi select list with data page as a source. This filter section is not even loading the multi-select control.
Let me know if there is limitation with this control. Version: Pega 7.3.1

Could you please try these suggestions to rule out whether the problem is specifically with multiselect control.
1. Instead of using a multiselect control in the filter section, if you were to use a different control that is populated using a data page (may be sourced through a dummy data transform), does that work properly?
2. Could you try to see if the problem is specific to your multiselect. Can you try to use the section with multiselect in a regular flow and see if the values are populated correctly and shown?
3. Do you see an exceptions in the log file and do you see any errors in tracer when you notice that the control isn't loaded in the filter section?
