Customize Column Header Filter Icon Position

Is there anyway to move the filter icon on each column header from the right end to next to the header text?

Hi Sreedahar,

Changing the position  only will not help us here  , as this involved logic to position the filter popover.

There's not OOTB configurable setting for this as far as I am aware. I'm sure you could write custom CSS to adjust it. But you'll need to be careful because if you simply wanted it closer to the text, depending on your CSS selectors you may end up "breaking" all the other filters because it may end up overlapping the text.
