I have a requirement to be handled in report definition. When any out of the box report is launched from "My Reports" a report definition is launched. For example the report definition displays 100 records, i further filter on the column header based on a criteria. My report displays 50 records. Now I go to actions and Export to Excel, after I view the excel the result set contains 100 records, the expectation is to extract 50 records. (i.e) extract the report based on column header filter.

We have tried by updating the filter condition in the top pane which works fine, but filtering based on column header retrieves full set of result.

Can help to provide some suggestion on implementing the approach?
