The Cursor is not moving in the password option - virtual Box
Hi,
I tried to open access SSA practice environment,in the virtual box I have given user id as "SSA@tgb",clicked enter,while entering password the cursor is not moving so I am not able to ensure that my password is getting keyed in.After entering password as "rules"(ignoring the cursor movement),hit enter,I saw a message that login is incorrect.
Can someone please tell me how to resolve this.Also tell me the URL name that I need to enter in the IE browser.

Sravanthin,
From your description it sounds like you are trying to login to linux on the virtual machine, there is no need to login into linux as shown inthe screenshot below. The credentials you are using are for logging into Pega in the browser. The URL (ip address) to access Pega appears in this window as well, I have highlighted it in yellow below. DO NOT use the IP in my screenshot, your IP may be different so use the one displayed when you start your virtual machine up.
