Cursor is moving to start of line, while typing
Issue: Cursor is moving to start of line, while typing in text area.
Requirement: If there is some value in Text Area, we have to enable Save button. Otherwise disable.
We are using Text Area and "Any Key" event with "Post Value" action. On Save button, we are client side disable condition.

Hello!
On reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-55131 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.

Hi
If the refresh happens on hover then it will go back to the beginning of the text. That is expected behavior.
Hence you have to opt for onChange refresh.

We are not using hover.
We are using Text Area and "Any Key" event with "Post Value" action. On Save button, we are client side disable condition.
requirement: If user enter single character or value text area, button should be enabled. If there is no value in text area, button should be disabled.
Please share the solution.

How you want the user to access the button ?
1. Tab out of the text area and reach the button ?
2. Take the mouse control out of the text area to click the button ?

I looked in to the internal portal and it lists that this BUG was fixed in the recently released Pega 7.3.1.

We are using Pega 7.2.2. Can we know the details of fix to make a local changes in our code?
