The working hours of a laundryservice is from 9AM to 6PM.Work is to start nextday at 9AM for the orders received late in the evening,unless it is an express service.In case of an express service the urgency must be manually increased by the manager.How can the manager manually increase the workurgency.Also,how to put the wait step if the order is normal service and the order is received after 6Pm. I want to get if currenttime is between 6PM and 9Am,the case processing should wait.

The impediment here is not the function to be used rather the parameter to be supplied to these functions.
The date and time we desire to input such as 9AM tomorrow cannot to generated in Pega TimeStamp format. This is what I am also looking for
