Creating separate log file for customer data related logs

Hi All,

Currently we are logging some of the customer data to logs to monitor few functionalities. We have updated prlog4j2.xml in pega 8.1.5 as attached. New log file got generated but it is adding all the logs. But we need only dedicated log messages with the keyword(TESGLOG) mentioned in string match param.

Please let me know what needs to be updated in attach file.
