Hi Nipun,
There is no OOTB way in PRPC to block/obscure a specific selection within messages being logged via the standard PRPC appenders.
To implement desired functionality, the appender would need to be enhanced to parse the message that it is logging to look for starting and ending keywords for sensitive elements and then substitute an appropriate action message in the log
