1. Create the Embedded data field "Submitter Information" with the Person data object and set it to Single record.

2.Click on the "Submitter information (Person)" field in the Fields section.

3.Remove the Primary fields row by clicking the Remove icon.

4.Add the Address, First name, Last name, and Phone fields.

5. Arrange the rows in the order of First name, Last name, Address, and Phone.

6. Click Submit to finish configuring the Submitter information view.

7. Save your changes.
