How to create custom container in dynamic layout?

I want to make container format 'Default 3' with look like this red circle

without default 3  to default 3

@ilus7chaas @Raju_Botu indicated you can select other container format as in the screenshot. Additionally if you want to create a new container format you can update your skin to create this new format.
