Create Case OOTB Reference properties

Using create case smart shape, we are creating a CaseType2 from a flow CaseType1.

there is no parent child relationship between the two case types.

Could someone help in knowing if there is any OOTB properties or rules, which would give information about Case ID of casetype2 in casetype1 WO.

Hi,

There is an OOTB activity named "pxGetCase" is part of "Work-" class which will give the details of the particular work object/case in the clipboard.

You have to provide the information of the work object number/ID at run time, and then it will fetch the results.
