Create an Case Audit Trail (With time elapsed) for User Action/ Events on CLIC Process, to be Logged in SPLUNK.
  • Need to capture the Rule Details (Rule Name, RSV) at runtime, when the execution control passes through the major modules, during processing a CLIC case.
  • The Time Elapsed (Rule Exit - Rule Entry) for each of the major Rules should be captured, along with Case ID.
  • The same should be logged into Pega Logs in the following format. 
    • <Case ID> : Exiting <Rule Name>/ <RSV> - Time elapsed <Exit Time - Entry Time>
