CPM Post upgradation
Hi All,
Recently my client ABC have upgraded there CPM application from 6.x version to CPM 7.1.5. Now I'm going to review all the post upgradation issues and the changes I need to implement from them. Can anyone suggest me what are the areas (like CPM flows, Service Cases, Data Pages etc..) I have to look into as a post upgradation check. Are there any specific rules that I need to check as part of my CPM review ?
Any real time documents or links would be highly appreciated!!!

CPM 7.1.5? Not aware of such version (latest being Proprietary information hidden) Is that prpc version? In any case, this document should be your starting point pending on your CPM version: https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-customer-service-714-upgrade-guide-0

Hi Mir, Kevin is correct. There is no CPM 7.1.5. Can you get a screen shot of the Version screen ? Go to the Designer Studio dropdown menu, Customer Service > Tools > Customer Service Version. Please capture a screen shot of that landing page.

Sorry for the confusion. Its CPM 7.1.4 only what I was referring previously.
But I have seen couple of posts in mesh saying CPM 7.1.5 is the latest one. Please find the below url.
