First Approach :If it is mandatory to enter a semi colon or any special character between two email address then take the count of semicolon or the specific character and add 1 Second Approach:Write a function using a regular expression(regex) which checks for the email address from the input string and returns the count from that function .

Assign this textArea to a property,

in the activity, just take a java step and write the following.. (You can use this activity as a Post-Processing activity on the flow-action)

String temp =(tools.getProperty("TextareaEmailCount")).toString();
String a[] = temp.split(";");
length = a.length; // Or assign this to any property on the clipboard.

Assuming that you are using the ";" character to differentiate between 2 emails.
