Could not create anonymous paging file

Hi

When trying to run the exercise system for the first time, I am getting the following error message when trying to start the VM

DSME PRPC 716 - VMware Player

Could not create anonymous paging file for 2568MB: The paging file is too small for this operation to complete. Failed to allocate main memory. Module MainMem power on failed. Failed to start virtual machine.

Any assistance with the above would be greatly appreciated , from having a look on VMware forums this appears to relate to the paging file size allocation on the host.
