Ravi has back got through a private message stating that this is now resolved by updating from Pega 7.1.7 to Pega 7.1.8.

Can you add a bit more detail about the issue? What is issue you're having with your correspondence in Chrome? Can you add a screen shot or other information so that we can understand what's going wrong? Otherwise, it's hard to say if you're experiencing a legitimate product defect or some user misconfiguration that we might suggest alternate approaches for.

Hi Ravi,
If you are facing "Open Authoring control failed to load" error, while opening the correspondence in chrome, Please raise a SR for existing Hfix Request. HFix-23042 is the Hfix for skipping the Active X control checking.
If this is not the issue, please clarify on the issue which you are facing with the Correspondence in chrome.
