We have locked all the rules but the branch preference error still occurs.
We have locked all the rules but the branch preference error "Branch preferences are not supported when your application stack contains unlocked rulesets. Please lock all rulesets to enable branch preferences." still occurs. We have checked all rules in application stack as well as open individually for each rule under application definition but still cannot find any unlocked rules. We are not sure is there any potential reasons behind. Thanks.

@Valor - I suggest you to verify the conditions on "Branch preferences are not supported when your application stack contains unlocked rulesets. Please lock all rulesets to enable branch preferences." layout using Live-UI. Thereby, you will understand WHY Pega is showing this error, which will help you in analyzing further.

Hi @Valor: Please check if any of the rulesets are opened in the built on application. You will get this issue even if any rulesets are opened in built on application.
You can use pyNonPegaUnlockedRulesetforIntSvcs list view to identify unlocked rulesets.

@Valor Check Ruleset stack to see if any rulesets have checked-out rules or any ruleset left unlocked. Also check if any rulesets created but not seen in ruleset stack. Lock once you find any rulesets which are having unlocked versions.

@Valor Check if you have a Production ruleset, it also counts, it cannot be unlocked, if it is configured on the Application.
