Cooect SOAP Upsert issue

hi All, I am facing an issue. i am using a trying upsert a different system and it update the current and the previous both.plz guide me thank you.

@ADAIJ I am using a soap service to update another system. E.g O-100 is submitted in Pega and all order information like status update in other system. Then we create O-101 copy of O-100, after submitting this order status of O-100 get changed to created from submitted. O-101 is updated properly.
