Issue with Migration: ResourceUnavailableException: SOAP service failed

Hi 

I am trying to migrate product from sourse system to target system. I have configured PegaDiagnosticUser role and pwd. Also I have created instance of data-admin-system-security class with the same username and pwd.

but i am not able to migrate the product . Could you please help me i am getting the following error.

Hi Gopi,

The overall configuration that you have with 'PegaDiagnosticUser' role and specifying target system details seems fine. However the error you got could be because of connection timeout or target server is not available.

Please check the 'caused by' stack trace below 'ResourceUnavailableException' you will understand the root cause.

Hi Baig,

Thank you very much for the response. I have revalidated everything in my system.

It seems it's not a configuration problem. It is network connection issue.

when i tried to access target system through hostname i am not able to acess it .

But when i tried with IP address , i am able to access target system and product has been migrated successfully.
