Connection refused com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.ResourceUnavailableException: SOAP service failed
I upgraded my application from 7.4 to 8.4.1 and used tomcat 8.5 as app server. While connecting Soap Connnector experiencing connection refused errror.The targert end point url able to connect from earlier version where as the new server which is hosted in gaia kubernetes platform is not able to reach .I am able to debug and found the soap request envelop is able to form. REquest to let me know if any one faced similar issues. Attaching the log

Where is the log file? My suggestion is for you is to curl the endpoint from within a pod shell. If that does not work, normally this is networking related (e.g., k8s networking policy, dns, etc).

The error could be because the service resource did not respond in time, most likely because of a timeout. Can you increase in the timeout value and test ?
