In the current Constellation setup, attachments can be downloaded only from within a specific case using the OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) attachment utility. However, the requirement is to provide a centralized view on the dashboard where users can see all attachments uploaded across cases. The dashboard should display the attachments in a tabular format, including relevant details such as case ID, file name, uploaded by, and uploaded date, along with a direct download option for each file.
This enhancement aims to improve usability by allowing users to access and manage attachments without navigating into individual cases.
