Attachments download option Constellation
After attaching a file, we are unable to download the file. what needs to be done to download the file in constellation.
You can see the below screenshot for reference, we are able to see the download option but unable to download the file while clicking that download option.

Can you provide more details about the nature of the file, and where it is located when you click on it?
What errors are seen in the logs and the browser tracer file?
If you can replicate this consistently and you believe the product is not working as documented, please log this as an incident via the MSP.
