Connect SOAP and Connect REST are not honoring service timeout configuration

Connect SOAP and connect REST service is not honoring service timeout configured in connect rule.

Connect SOAP/REST configured to timeout in 30 seconds, but PDC alert shows connect SOAP/REST running for 24 mins.

We do these alerts after pega 24.1.2 upgrade and when cluster is not stable.

Note: connect SOAP and REST are called from queue processor.

Anybody facing this issue?
