Configuring single and double click on Reports in Report Browser
All,
We are using Pega 7.2.2 version and we have got few reports available in the report browser. By default upon clicking a record the instance is opened, but the business wants as single click to select the record and a double click to open the instance. Is there anyway in report definitions where we can configure single and double click events?

In the 2nd post Santanu mentioned that single and double click events are in built - does it mean single click is to select a record and double click is to open the instance? Because I couldn't find this behaviour in my reports.

The single click and double click functionalities cant be customized.
If you want to put your own logic then use your own section by selecting the option Display rows using custom section

If I'm not wrong you are referring to custom/user defined sections where we embed report definitions. But in my case I was referring to report browser where the reports are displayed in the OOTB sections, which is final.

customize the OOTB rule and make changes as per your requirement because even that section rule referred a grid to display Report data. Final rule save as and change the name and customize it
