Configure Parameters tab showing Blank Page
For the configure parameters tab showing blank while configuring List view control in Pega 7.2, as the fix it is suggested in the below link to remove settings from the xml file. But could not understand which xml file they are referring to. Could anyone please help me in knowing which xml file and settings should be removed to fix the issue.

Thanks Santanu. Actually to maintain the look and feel with the other contents, I need to go with using that listview in my section. So is there any other way to get that page blank issue resolved?

Is enterprise setting is enabled at your end to render application/domain in IE11?
If so then please remove those settings.
Since these are deprecated controls, X-UA-Compatible meta tags are there to render those screen in quirks mode.
If enterprise mode setting is there it will take priority on Compatibility View List and X-UA-Compatible meta tag.

I am also facing the same issue in pega 7.2. I have unchecked my enterprise setting mode in IE11 browser still I am facing that issue. Could you please suggest me whether there is any other possibilities without replacing the deprecated ones to Report Definition.

It is recommended to use replace deprecated ones with latest controls.
Still if you want to use older ones:-
While opening the window, open browser console(right click ->Inspect Element or click on F12), do you see any console error.
Removed enterprise setting from browser->tools ? As there are few configurations done in systems config file(maintained in form of XML, microsoft documents are available on how to set/remove these enterprise mode), to render application/domain in enterprise mode.Can you once verify that.

Well,
I cant think of any alternate. Have you tried doing a browser debugging via F12 or chrome debugger to see whether any JS error or something is stopping the loading of the page ?

The said article talks about a specific use case of one of customer and the xml in question is a custom xml used by them, It is not Out of the box one.
For your issue, my suggestion would be to switch to report definition rather than trying to fix deprecated list views.
