On click of a Link in Email -- Should navigate to My Work tab

Hi Team,

I have a requirement as below.

1. An HTML link will be provided in the email, and will be sending this to some X person.

2. Upon clicking the Link in email, the X person's 'My Work' tab has to be opened.

Note: SSO is enabled

Appreciate your thoughts and solution.

I've not configured this myself but I believe you'll need to look at Customizing Direct Web Access

Above requirement is to access "My Work" tab, whereas the links provided related to DWA are intended for specific assignment action.  DWA allows for a single action on any external assignment, but how can we provide access to "My Work" tab.
