Check ability to start campaign from the point of failure

Hi,

One of our Client is using Pega Marketing 7.22. They have campaigns which incase of any failure restarts from the beginning in context to which they wanted to check if later versions of Marketing in 7.31, 7.4 or 8.1 has launched any OOTB option to be able to restart any failed campaign from the point of failure and not from the beginning.

Please suggest.

Hi Arpita,

Yes from PM 7.31 onwards, the restart of a failed program run, will create a new run but will functionally start to deliver only for the customers who's offers were not initiated during the last failed run.
