Pega Chat was working fine with http protocol, post migration to https, chat server is not getting logged in from customer service interaction portal. It fails with "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET while accessing https://***:5280/http-bind/"
- config.json: server_protocol=https, ssl_server_config=true
- chat server configuration: communication and configuration protocol=https, communication port=5280, configuration port=443
- telnet from customer service application to Pega Chat works on port 5280 and 443. Pega Chat is listening on port 443 and 5280
- provisioning URL and the static test html page with the new snippet works
Please let me know if there is any other configuration changes to be done and also if there is any variable to pass protocol for xmpp server.
