Hi,

Could you clarify what do you mean in this case? 
- Is this WebChat bot which you can configure in platform and embed in your website which will allow you to automatically answer and process business cases?
- Is this the chat bot functionality at the top of CustomerService application which allows you to embed the chat as part of your website but also allows you to pass the conversation to agent and trigger user-user conversation?
