our client wants to build a custom monitoring solution for Pega Chat with a couple of KPIs that are not available in the OOTB chat monitoring. I was searching for a proper API documentation for Pega Chat. Some time back I could find some basic information on an AWS hosted page, but that is gone now.
Where can I find the chat API reference/documentation for 7.4?
Hi, what type of KPIs are you looking for? There are a few REST APIs that give status of Queues and Agents from the Chat server. Those APIs are used for the monitoring tools that are provided in the CS Interaction Portal. I don't think there's a way to do any custom queries to get data that is not included as a response to those REST calls. If you give me the exact KPIs you are looking for, I can run the question past the Chat team and see if they are even captured and if so, how they can be returned?
