On change events not triggered in v7.4 (post upgrade)

We have upgraded our application from v6.2SP1 to v7.4.

Post upgrade, none of the On change events are getting triggered (Refresh section specifically as Refresh harness works fine). Is this a known issue or has anybody else encountered this?

Hi,

The Fiddler has not been captured correctly. Or maybe there is no activity getting captured in the fiddler.

The updated Fiddler trace has been attached. This has multiple actions done on all the fields which have a On change configured but none of the Refresh actions get triggered.
