Case/Work type details for Pega Smart Investigate for payments
Hi all
We have a client prospect and proposal to develop and we have seen in the documentation that there are some pre defined case types in the product, however, in the documentation they are not detailed. How or where can we find more details about those case/work types like data model and case lifecycle? Can we download a sample to study the module?

However, you can explore the product's functionalities and implementation rules through the provided study material.
