PRRuntimeError on execution a flow to create case/work object

Hi All,

We have migrated Pega SI framework from 5.5 to 6.3 SP1. Now when trying to run flow to create case/work object then getting PRRuntimeError.

On tracing found that it fails at one step having class of declarative network having forward chaining (dont remember exactly the tracer description as not allowed to open PDN at work place).

Can anyone please suggest to resolve it?
