Time spent on each work status while executing the work object will be saved in ‘pr_index_trackstatus’ table. Whenever ‘pyStatusWork’ (property which holds status of work object) is saved into database, OOTB declare trigger ‘pxTrackStatuses’ gets fired and executes the activity ‘pxTrackStatuses’ which will add related entries into ‘pr_index_trackstatus’ table. Execution of ‘pxTrackStatuses’ activity is conditionalised based on the when rule ‘pyTrackstatus’. By default when rule ‘pyTrackStatus’ will result false because of which activity ‘pxTrackStatuses’ will not be executed and no entries are added to ‘pr_index_trackstatus’. To enable this feature, when rule ‘pyTrackStatus’ should be saved into application RuleSet and update it to return ‘true’ result.
