Case details are not displaying as expected in Iteration portal
Team,
We created few email interaction cases in the CS interaction portal, when i click on the CaseID, This is not displaying with options like "Wrap-up", "Cancel", "Submit" and "Add Task"
Can i know how to enable these options to display in the case details
We are using 24.2 version
