Can't use the PegaCALL Configuration Wizard: blocked on step 2 - Edit Access Groups
Hello.
So I'm stuck here and I don't understand what to do as the help and guide are quite contradictory.
I understood I'm supposed to make sure that the Access Groups I have to provide are pointing to applications whose ruleset lists are containing the ruleset selected in step 1 - Select Ruleset and CTI Link.
But I don't understand how to do that.
the online help of the configuration wizard states that :
The following access group(s) are used to process CTI events and must include access to your chosen Ruleset. |
You must replace the access group's application with one that includes the Ruleset version listed below. |
Once you have updated the access groups, please select the Back button. You will then be able to proceed through the rest of the configuration wizard. |
But the PegaCALL Configuration and Operations Guide states that:
The ruleset you specified in Step 1 must be included in those access groups fro PegaCALL features to work properly

I tried creating new Access Groups from the OOTB ones provided by default by the wizard (CAManager and CTIService). It doesn't seem to be a problem for the CAManager: I created a new Access Groups pointing to my application. But I'm not so sure for the CTIService. The OOTB Access Group is pointing to the PegaCALL application. So what should I do? Create an application on top of the PegaCALL application just with my ruleset in the application rulesets list?
Any help welcome.
Thanks.
