Can't find SendReceiptToCustomer Correspondence Record in System Architect 8.1 Training

Hello,

I am on Step 25 of the Systems Architect 8.1 training and I am completely stuck.  In the section named "Send a receipt for services performed to the customer" I am on Step 3b and there is no record named SendReceiptToCustomer.

I looked back through previous exercises and I cannot find where this was defined.  Is anyone else having this problem?
