Cant create new application, no CUSTOM/COSMOS option

No COSMOS and CUSTOM applicationHi Team,

Application : Pega Personal Edition 8.6

while creating New application in DEV STUDIO it ask me

BUILD from SCRATCH and when i click that it is taking me COSMOS related application page and i want to choose CUSTOM which is not available.

Is there any settings i need to modify to have those option.

Please assist. I have share the attachemnet of the page.

Note : I am a new learner.

Custom has not been an option for several releases. When creating a new application, click on the button 'Build from scratch' and choose between the 3 options

If you have other applications that can be used a 'built-on' application, they will also be displayed in the first screen
